Starting yesterday, my new workout routine is:
Monday - Weights, full-body, 40-45 minutes
Tuesday - Elliptical, 30 minutes, level 8-10
Wednesday - Walking / running, 3.5-4 miles
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are repeats of above.
Sunday is still a no-formal-workout day.
