Starting yesterday, my new workout routine is:
Monday - Weights, full-body, 40-45 minutes
Tuesday - Elliptical, 30 minutes, level 8-10
Wednesday - Walking / running, 3.5-4 miles
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are repeats of above.
Sunday is still a no-formal-workout day.
As it’s now midday on Monday, and my shoulder still hurts from the weights on Friday, I guess it’s still too soon.
Thus, no more weights for a while.
I lifted weights today, back and triceps. Not light ones, either. Not as heavy as before, but maybe 75% of it.
Friday I’ll do chest and biceps.
The shoulder hurts, but it’s not unbearable. I want to see how Friday goes before I make any final decisions on the wright.
Of my six-day workout week, right now the plan is that Tues / Fri will be weights, Mon-Wed-Thur-Sat will be walking outside.
I’m not going to post in this category again unless I change that. Posting every single workout was getting old.
