Alright, you have about 4 weeks worth of my daily eating. I’m not doing dailies any more because they’re a pain in the ass to have to do every day. You can see what I eat if you look through these.
Breakfast: Fruity Pebbles / Apple Jacks + skim milk
Lunch: Steak, loaded tater
Dinner: McD’s
Snack: Tollhouse Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Breakfast: 1 cup oat bran + 2 cups water, apple
Lunch: Beans and rice (15-bean version), big salad + light blue cheese dressing
Dinner: bowl bran flakes + raisins + pecan halves + skim milk
Snack: Fred’s popcorn
