Lunch: 2 scrambled egg white sandwiches, 2 small Arkansas Black apples (yum!)
Dinner: beans and rice (made with this)

Lunch: 2 tuna salad sandwiches, bowl cherries / raspberries, slice bread with jam
Dinner: 3 steak burritos

Junky Friday
Breakfast: Publix doughnuts
Lunch: Krystal (no chili cheese pups this time, but I tried the little corn pups. They’re good, but kind of sweet, which just ain’t right for a corn dog)
Mid-afternoon: Ben and Jerry’s “Everything but the…”
Dinner: Outback (steak!)
Night snack: Spud birthday cake
